RAUSI notes that sexual harassment leading to sexual assault is an institutional issue. The US RAND Corp's recent [2021] study explores in depth this phenomenon within the US military establishment. RAUSI questions if the study's conclusions may very well apply to many other nation's military establishments, including Canada.
